(A) For the purpose of billing and collecting the charges for water use, the meters shall be read monthly and the users shall be billed monthly.
(B) There shall be and there are hereby established for the use of and service rendered by the waterworks system of the town, the rates and charges as set forth in the Fee Schedule, Chapter 98, effective on the first full billing after adoption of Ord. 1340.
