§ 130.01 GENERAL PROHIBITION.
   The discharge of any gun, pistol, rifle, shotgun, cannon, any other firearm or prohibited fireworks within the corporate limits of the town without first obtaining a permit as required in §§ 130.02 or 130.03 is prohibited.
