§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 70.99.
   (B)   The following fines and enforcement shall apply to violations of § 72.22.
      (1)   For each violation of § 72.22(A), a fine of $20 is hereby imposed, but shall be reduced to $10 if paid to the Town Clerk-Treasurer’s office within 30 days of the violation of § 72.22(A). Additionally, a motor vehicle parked in said space may be towed at the owner’s expense for towing and storage if unlawfully parked in a space reserved for handicap parking.
      (2)   For violation of § 72.22(B) or (C), a fine of $10 is hereby imposed, but shall be reduced to $5 if paid to the Town Clerk-Treasurer’s office within 30 days of the violation of § 72.22(B) or (C).
      (3)   For violation of § 72.22(D), (G), (H), (I) or (J), a fine of $12 is hereby imposed unless such fine is paid to the Town Clerk-Treasurer’s office within 30 days of the violation, in which event the fine shall be reduced to $5 per violation.
      (4)   For violation of § 72.22(E) and (F), a fine of $25 is hereby imposed unless the fine is paid to the Town Clerk-Treasurer’s office within 30 days of the violation, in which event the fine shall be reduced to $15.
      (5)   In addition to the fines imposed above, any vehicle parked in a fire lane, handicap parking space or in such a manner as to obstruct vehicular traffic may be towed at the owner’s expense for towing and storage.
      (6)   The owner or person in control of a motor vehicle which is parked in a manner prohibited by §§ 72.20 through 72.23 shall be jointly and severally liable for all fines and costs and expenses associated with enforcement, including, but not limited to, towing and storage charges and all court costs.
