§ 72.20 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   PRIVATE BUSINESS PROPERTY. Business establishments offering goods or services to the general public and all parking lots, structures and facilities associated therewith.
