§ 72.03 STATE SPEED LAWS APPLICABLE.
   Except as provided in Chapter 76, Schedule IV, the traffic laws of the state regulating the speed of vehicles shall be applicable upon all streets within the town, that is, there shall be a speed limit of 30 mph for residential districts and of 20 mph for business districts.
