(A) Upon the following portions of the following street, notwithstanding its location in a residential district, the speed limit shall be 15 mph:

Jennings Street and Old State Road 662 | From Washington Street east to Sycamore Street |
Main Street | From State Street to State Road 662 |
Outer Gray Street | From Hillcrest Street eastward to the eastern corporation limit of the town |
Park Street | From Jefferson to the end of Park Street |
Water Street | From its western limit to its eastern limit |

(C) Upon the following portions of the following street, notwithstanding its location in residential districts, the speed limit shall be 25 mph:
Old State Road 662 | Commencing at a point 250 feet west of the intersection of Plum Street and Old State Road 662 and ending at the intersection of West Jennings Street and Madison Street |
(D) Upon the following portions of the following streets, notwithstanding their location in residential districts, the speed limit shall be 30 mph:
Jennings Street and Old State Road 662 | From the western town limit to Washington Street |
From Sycamore Street east to the eastern town limit | |
Old State Route 662 | Between Westervelt Drive and the intersection of State Route 66 |
(E) Upon the following portions of the following street, notwithstanding its location in residential districts, the speed limit shall be 35 mph:
