(a) The position of Court Security Bailiff is hereby created within the Municipal Court with a strength authorization of two. The positions will encompass such duties as may be prescribed from time to time by the Administrative Judge of the Municipal Court and as set forth in the job description to be prepared by the Administrative Judge and incorporated herein by reference.
(b) The positions of Court Security Bailiff created herein will be full-time positions. These positions shall receive all the compensation and benefits set forth in the employment policy for hourly non-bargaining unit employees and shall be in the unclassified service of the City.
