(a) All owners of rental property including houses, commercial property apartments, rooms, boarding houses and other rental accommodations are required to file a listing annually with the Tax Administrator of all tenants who are not responsible for their own Municipal water utility payment.
(b) The annual listing shall include the name, address, telephone number, dates of occupancy and forwarding address, if available.
(c) The listing shall be filed with the Tax Administer annually on or before October 1.
