(a) A Citizen Advisory Mobility Committee shall be and is hereby established pursuant to the authority granted this Council under Articles 3.07(B) and 11.07 of the City Charter.
(b) Such Board shall consist of seven to nine members, including two Council members (one from each party) and five to seven members of the public, appointed by the Mayor. All appointed members shall serve for terms of four years, with half serving staggered terms. Members shall serve without pay. Vacancies, whether by expiration or otherwise, shall be filled in the same manner.
