After consideration, discussion, and debate and following all readings required by Charter Article 4.04, Council, by motion and majority vote, may:
(a) Formally name or re-name any public lands and/or facilities, or
(b) Formally reject a naming proposal, or
(c) Hold additional public input sessions either in its own capacity or through the Citizens Advisory Council on Recreation as set forth above.
