Following such public meeting and input, the Citizens Advisory Council on Recreation shall make a recommendation to City Council regarding the proposed naming or re-naming of the particular public lands and/or facilities in question. Upon receipt thereof, the proposal to name or re-name public lands and/or facilities shall be placed on the next agenda of City Council for discussion, debate, and action by way of Resolution pursuant to those procedures set forth at Charter Article IV, foregoing the need for further Committee consideration in light of review by the Citizens Advisory Council on Recreation.
