Properties subject to this policy for naming and re-naming shall include real property owned and in use by the City of Newark, including but not limited to parks, open space, and plazas, as well as public facilities owned and in use by the City of Newark, including but not limited to buildings, bridges, rooms, streets, and recreational facilities within the boundaries of the City of Newark.
