892.14 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any section of Chapter 892 for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first offense. For each subsequent offense such person shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or imprisoned for not more than 30 days.
