Unless otherwise specifically provided for in this chapter, any notice or order expressly or inherently required to be served upon any person to carry out the requirements of this chapter shall be served in the same manner and upon the same persons as in the methods and practices required for the service of a summons under Rules 4.1 through 4.6 of the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure.
