The rights, duties, obligations, penalties, sanctions and other remedies available under this chapter are nonexclusive, and any course of conduct or other appropriate circumstance which requires correction or amelioration may be pursued, either under the provisions of this chapter, under the provisions of another appropriate statute, ordinance, resolution, measure, regulation or rule, or under a combination of all of the above, when consistent.
