(a) Upon the filing of an application for a privy, privy vault, cesspools, septic tank or mechanical sewage disposal unit permit, a fee of one dollar ($1.00) shall be paid for the issuance of a permit.
(b) An initial inspection fee of three dollars ($3.00) shall be made where such application is for a permit to install a privy, privy vault or cesspool. An initial inspection fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall be paid upon the application for a permit to install a septic tank or mechanical sewage disposal unit, and an additional inspection fee of one dollar ($1.00) shall be paid for the final inspection of the installation of a septic tank or mechanical sewage disposal unit.
