(a) Whoever violates or fails to coy:.ply with any of the provisions of this chapter or any order or regulation of the Board of Health made pursuant to this chapter, or obstructs or interferes with the execution of such order, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall he fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 1820.19 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall be fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.
