1820.15 DISPOSITION OF CORPSES.
   Bodies of persons who have died of smallpox, cholera, plague, yellow fever, typhus fever, diphtheria, membranous croup, scarlet fever or other dangerous, contagious or infectious disease shall be buried or cremated within twenty-four hours after death, unless permission to do otherwise is given in writing by the Board of Health. No public or church funeral shall be held in connection with the burial of such a person and such body shall not be taken into any church, chapel or other public place. Only adult members of the family and such other persons as are actually necessary may be present at the burial or cremation.
