1820.12 DISINFECTION UPON REQUEST.
   Upon the request of the owner or occupant of a dwelling house, or the head of a family, the Board of Health shall purify and disinfect any room which has been occupied by any person suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis, commonly called consumption, or any room in which any person has died from such disease. The Board of Health may purchase such disinfecting apparatus and supplies as it deems necessary for such purpose. The expense of disinfection shall be paid by the Board.
