1820.03 APPLICATION OF RULES.

All rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Health or the Health Commissioner pursuant to Section 1820.01 shall apply to all persons, goods or effects arriving by railroad or other vehicle or transportation after a quarantine is declared.
