1810.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter or any order or regulation of the Board of Health made pursuant to this chapter, or obstructs or interferes with the execution of such order, or purposely fails to comply with such order, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. If the violator is a corporation and the circumstances required for organizational criminal liability, as provided for in Section 606.08 of Part Six - the General Offenses Code, are present, it shall be fined not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (b)    All fines collected under this chapter shall be paid to the City Treasurer and credited to the Sanitary Fund of the Board of Health.
