1446.21 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER TO EXISTING USES.

The requirements of Sections 1446.11, 1446.13 and 1446.14 regarding structural changes shall not apply to rooming houses now in use until the owner thereof makes any structural or use changes requiring the issuance of zoning or building permits by the City.
