1446.08 APPEALS TO BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS RE LICENSE DENIAL.

Any person whose application for a license to operate a rooming house has been denied for any reason set forth in this chapter may request, and shall be granted, a hearing on the matter before the Board. of Zoning Appeals.
