As used in this chapter:
(a) "Rooming house" means a residential building, other than a hotel, in which a part or parts thereof are kept, used or held out to be kept or used as places where sleeping accommodations are offered for hire for three or more persons.
(b) "Inspector" means the Director of Code Administration or his or her designee.
