1442.04 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH COUNTY.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the County Metropolitan Housing Authority for the purposes set forth in 24 CFR Part 511 and Section 17 of the Housing Act of 1937 (42 USC 1437) .
