Subject to the provisions of this chapter, no land or building in any district shall be used or occupied in a manner that creates for neighboring properties any dangerous, noxious, or otherwise objectionable condition. Even though compliance with the performance standards may not be expressly required for a particular use, initial and continued compliance with performance standards is required of every use.
