(a) Any Yard. Fences not exceeding eight feet in height may be located in any yard.
(b) Barbed Wire. A portion of a fence with wire, metal prongs, spikes, cutting points or edges shall be a minimum of seven feet above ground level.
(c) Electric Fences. When approved by the Board, an electric fence may be installed subject to any limitations established in the approval.
