1262.04 CONDITIONAL USES.
   (a)   Wholesale and distribution warehouses greater than 25,000 square feet.
   (b)   Water towers, observation towers, and transmission towers.
   (c)   Medical marijuana dispensaries pursuant to the authority and limitations set forth at Chapter 1260: MB Medium Intensity Business, Section 1260.04.
