Any person, firm, or corporation, violating any of the provisions of this Code, shall be deemed guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each and every day during which such illegal location, erection, construction, reconstruction, enlargement, change, maintenance, or use continues, shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
