1224.08 STANDARDS FOR REVIEW OF PRELIMINARY PLAT.

   The Planning Commission shall review and either approve or disapprove the preliminary plat based upon the following standards:

   (a)   Compliance with the City of Newark Thoroughfare Plan.

   (b)   Compliance with the Zoning Code.

   (c)   Compliance with the design standards of these Subdivision Regulations.

   (d)   Compliance with the procedural requirements of these Regulations.
