1220.04 JURISDICTION.

These Subdivision Regulations, governing plats of. subdivisions of land and lot splits contained therein, shall apply within the City and within the three-mile perimeter of unincorporated area immediately surrounding the City, in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code.
