The provisions of these Subdivision Regulations shall be construed to be minimum requirements and are not intended to interfere with any other existing provisions of law or any other existing City regulations. Whenever these Regulations impose a greater restriction, these Regulations shall control. Although the City does not have enforcement authority, the developer is responsible for ensuring that the project complies with all Federal and State requirements, including, but not limited to, the requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency, the Army Corps of Engineers, the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, the Clean Water Act, Wetlands Regulations and the Americans With Disabilities Act.
