The Director of Public Service is hereby authorized to establish a schedule of user fees for all areas under the jurisdiction of the Department of Public Service, Division of Parks and Recreation. User fees may include, but are not limited to, fees for swimming passes, fishing permits and permits for special events. A copy of any schedule of user fees promulgated by the Director pursuant to this section shall be filed with the Clerk of Council.
