1068.07 REGULATIONS FOR MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOLS AND PARKS.
   (a)   The Superintendent of Parks and Recreation may, from time to time, promulgate regulations governing the conduct of persons in Municipal swimming pools. Copies of such regulations shall be filed with the Clerk of Council and shall be posted at each affected Municipal swimming pool area. Whoever violates a regulation issued by the Superintendent pursuant to this section may be ejected from a Municipal swimming pool area and, if ejected, shall not be entitled to re-enter the facility on that same working day. Any person who has been ejected from a Municipal swimming pool area shall not be eligible to receive a refund of the entrance fee for such working day, or any portion thereof. Any person who re-enters a Municipal swimming pool area on the same working day after being ejected therefrom is subject to arrest and prosecution for the offense of trespass as provided in Section 642.12 of the General Offenses Code.
   (b)   The Superintendent may promulgate regulations establishing the times during which park and recreation areas are open to the public for recreational use. The Superintendent shall file a copy of such regulations with the Clerk of Council and shall cause a sign or other notice to be posted at each affected park or recreation area setting forth the times during which such area is closed to the public. Any person found within a park or recreation area during the time that such area is closed is subject to arrest and prosecution for the offense of trespass as provided in Section 642.12 of the General Offenses Code.
