In addition to the standard rules for all parks and recreation areas listed in this chapter, the Superintendent has the right to implement specific rules and regulations for anyone fishing at T.J. Evans Park. Those rules are printed and given to each person purchasing a City fishing permit. Any violation of those rules will result in forfeiture of that person's permit with no reimbursement and may result in permanent expulsion from the park.
