1054.04 FUNDING THE STORMWATER UTILITY PROGRAM.

Funding for the stormwater utility's activities may include, but are not limited to: stormwater service charges; stormwater permits and inspection fees; other funds or income obtained from Federal, State, local and private grants or loans.
