1048.02 TURNING PUBLIC VALVE OR STOPCOCK.

No person shall displace or remove the cover from any public cistern or fire hydrant, turn any public valve or stopcock, or remove the cover from any valve or stopcock, unless the same is done during a fire or is authorized by the Director of Public Safety or the Director of Public Service.
