1040.36 FALSIFYING INFORMATION.

No person shall knowingly make any false statement, representation, record, report, plan or other document and file such with the Division of Water and Sanitary Sewage. No person shall falsify, tamper with or knowingly :render inaccurate any monitoring device or method required by this chapter.
