All persons subject to this chapter shall retain and preserve, for not less than three years, any and all records, books, documents, memoranda, reports and correspondence and any and all summaries relating to monitoring, sampling and chemical analyses made by him or her, or on his or her behalf, in connection with his or her discharge.
