1028.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not less than twentyfive dollars ($25.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both.
