1022.04 PERMIT REVOCATION.
   The Director of Public Service may revoke a permit upon a 'finding that the permittee has violated any of the terms and conditions upon which such permit was issued, including the fact that the permittee has failed to abide by the standards contained in the "Manual of Rules and Regulations for Operations in Public Places. " The Director shall give notice of permit revocation to the permittee and to any person for whom the permittee is performing work in public places regulated by this chapter. After a permit has been revoked, no person shall do any work in a public place at the location and within the scope of the proposed work covered by the revoked permit, unless and until a new permit has been issued.
