880.15 COAL TO BE WEIGHED ON APPROVED SCALES; DELIVERY OF WEIGH BILL TO PURCHASER.

No person shall sell or deliver coal in the City unless such coal is first weighed on scales approved by the State or the County or City Sealer of Weights and Measures. A weigh bill bearing the signature of the mine weigher and the person selling the coal shall be furnished the purchaser upon delivery thereof.
