880.04 WEIGHTS AND MEASURES OUT OF ORDER.

All weights, scales, beams, steelyards, platform scales or other machinery or appliances used for weighing, which are out of order, shall be labeled "out of use" and ordered to remain out of use until repaired, when they shall again be sealed by the City Sealer of Weights and Measures.
