880.03 PRODUCTION AND EXHIBITION OF WEIGHTS, ETC., FOR TESTING.
   No person, when called upon by the City Sealer of Weights and Measures, shall fail to produce and exhibit any and all weights, measures, scales, beams, steelyards, platform scales or other machinery or appliances, utensils or receptacles used by them for weighing or measuring any article or commodity to be bought or sold. No itinerant peddler, hawker or other person who has no office, store or other regularly established place of business in the City, but who uses a weight, measure, scale, beam, steelyard, platform scale or other machinery or receptacle for the purpose of weighing or measuring, shall fail to take the same to the office of the City Sealer and have the same tested and sealed before using it and at least once in every six months thereafter.
