852.03 QUALIFICATIONS OF APPLICANT; LICENSE FEE; BOND.
   The Mayor may grant a pawnbroker's license to any person of good moral character who may apply therefor, when the applicant pays a license fee of fifty dollars ($50. 00) per year into the City Treasury and executes a bond, with surety to the satisfaction of the Mayor, of five hundred dollars ($500. 00), conditioned upon the applicant's conforming to the requirements of this chapter, the laws of the State and any other ordinances of the City regulating pawnbrokers.
