840.04 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW REQUIRED.

(a) Any violation by any person of any of the laws of the State in connection with the junk shop business shall be grounds for the revocation of a license or for the refusal to grant a license.

(1969 Code Sec. 115.06)

(b) No such revocation shall be effective until the procedures provided for in Section 804.02 have been complied with.
