832.18 ADVERTISING.
   (a)   No licensee under this chapter shall fail to conduct the licensed sale in strict conformity with any advertising or holding out incident thereto.

   (b)   No licensee under this chapter shall snake use of any untrue, deceptive or misleading advertising.
