(a) No person shall engage in sexual activity for hire.

(b) No person shall visit any house of prostitution for the purpose of prostitution or for the purpose of having sexual intercourse with any of the inmates of such house.

(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of prostitution, a misdemeanor of the third degree.
