660.16 SPITTING.

(a) No person shall spit on any sidewalk or street crossing within the City or drop, place or blow thereon secretions from the nose or mouth.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.

660.17 BATHING, ETC. IN NORTH FORK OF LICKING RIVER.

(a) No person shall walk or drive into or bathe in the North Fork of the Licking River above the dam constructed by the City.

(1969 Code Sec. 50.39)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
