(a) No owner, manager or person in charge of any hall, theater, church or school shall block the aisles or hallways thereof or permit the same to be done by placing chairs or stools therein or by permitting persons to stand therein.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
